Poll Finds Biofuels Top Goal in Rural America June 29, 2007

Julie’s Fresh Air launched with the intent to track rural America, country life, agriculture and just plain special things about the people in rural America. When I discover that a poll releases what’s a priority issue for rural Americans I just have to say, now doesn’t Julie’s Fresh Air have its “Finger on the pulse.”

A poll released this week by the Center on Rural Strategies found rural Americans consider an investment in renewable energy a top priority for the next farm bill. The telephone survey polled 804 likely voters in rural areas across the country. Study
